       AN  ACT  to  amend  the  public  officers  law, in relation to financial
         disclosure

         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

    1    Section  1. Paragraph 5 of subdivision 3 of section 73-a of the public
    2  officers law is amended by adding a new  subparagraph  (c)  to  read  as
    3  follows:
    4    (C)  LIST  AND  IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF ANY INCOME (OTHER THAN FROM THE
    5  EMPLOYMENT LISTED UNDER ITEM 2 ABOVE) EARNED BY A MEMBER OF THE LEGISLA-
    6  TURE IN EXCESS OF $100 AND THE WORK PERFORMED TO EARN SUCH INCOME.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
