FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Office of the State Courts Administrator each assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.
Officials from the Department of Social Services state the Federal Administration for Children, Youth, and Families (ACYF) has indicated possible sanctions on the Department should these changes not be made. Since the provisions of the current law were never enacted, there would be no fiscal impact to the Children's Division.
