HB 2534 -- Tax Increment Financing

For purposes of tax increment financing, this bill specifies that
the sales tax for the operation of public safety departments and
the sales tax for funding local parks in the City of St. Louis
cannot be considered economic activity taxes or levies upon
taxable real property for any new transactions approved under the
Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act.
