ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Department of Natural Resources assume no fiscal impact to their department.

Officials of St. Louis County assume no fiscal impact.

In response to identical legislation, fiscal note 4734-01, SB 1033, of this session, the following fiscal impact statements were issued:

Officials of the Pulaski County Sewer District #1 assume no fiscal impact.

Officials of the Little Blue Valley Sewer District issued a comment but made no fiscal impact statement.

Officials of the City of Centralia assume no fiscal impact.

In response to identical legislation of this session, fiscal note 4070-01N, HB 1603, the following fiscal impact statements were made:

Department of Economic Development - Public Service Commission and Office of Public Counsel assume no fiscal impact.

St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds assumes no fiscal impact.

In response to identical legislation of last session, fiscal note 1589-02N, HB 666, the following fiscal impact statements were made:

Callaway County Recorder of Deeds assumed no fiscal impact.

Greene County Recorder of Deeds assumed no fiscal impact.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.

FISCAL DESCRIPTION

The proposed legislation appears to have no fiscal impact.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
