HB 2528 -- Motor Fuel Tax Sponsor: Wells This bill reduces the motor fuel tax rate from 17 cents to seven cents per gallon if the average price per gallon of motor fuel in Missouri exceeds $3.50 for three consecutive weeks. Once the average price of motor fuel in Missouri is less than $3.50 per gallon, the rate will return to 17 cents per gallon.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
