Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator assume the proposal would not fiscally impact the courts.


Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume any potential costs arising from the proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.


Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Director’s Office, Capitol Police and Highway Patrol each assume the proposal would not fiscally impact their respective agencies.


Officials from the Columbia Police Department, Kansas City Police Department, St. Charles Police Department and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department did not respond to our request for fiscal impact.
