Officials from the Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Budget and Planning, Department of Social Services, Missouri Senate and the Department of Mental Health each assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.
In response to a previous version of this proposal, officials from the Missouri House of Representatives assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
