HB 2293 -- Income Tax Checkoff for Breast Cancer Contributions

Beginning January 1, 2008, this bill creates an individual and
corporate income tax checkoff for contributions to the Breast
Cancer Awareness Trust Fund on the annual filing form.  Moneys in
the trust fund will be transferred to the Friends of the Missouri
Women's Council to be used solely for breast cancer services.

The provisions of the bill will expire December 31 six years from
the effective date.
