ASSUMPTION
Officials at the Department of Higher Education, Linn State Technical College, Metropolitan Community College, University of Central Missouri and the Lincoln University assume that there is no fiscal impact from this proposal.
Oversight assumes this proposal would not effect state revenue. Any cost to the University can be absorbed with existing resources.
