ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on the courts.
Officials from the Department of Social Services (DOS) assume since this proposal deals exclusively with child custody cases under the marriage dissolution statute, there is no fiscal impact to DOS.
