HB 2270 -- Traffic Control Signal Violations

This bill requires all video footage of alleged traffic light
violations to be reviewed by a certified law enforcement officer
when a automated photo red light enforcement system has been
used.  No summons may be issued unless the reviewing officer can
clearly identify a violation of a traffic control signal and the
license plate of the vehicle.
