HB 2295 -- Lenders of Motor Vehicle Extended Service Contracts
and Home and Automobile Security Plans

This bill allows lending institutions to sell, charge a fee for,
or finance as part of a loan, motor vehicle extended service
contracts and home or automobile security plans.  These plans
provide certain services to protect against home or auto
emergencies, legal consultation, warranties, discounts, towing,
and lost key services among others.
