ASSUMPTION
Officials of the City of Springfield did not respond to Oversight’s request for an impact statement. Springfield officials stated in an earlier and similar proposal, fiscal note 4663-01, that this is a procedural issue and would have no fiscal impact on the City or Greene County.
Oversight assumes this proposal is procedural and requires no new duties or expenditure of funds of local government and assumes no state fiscal impact.
