Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator assume the proposal would not fiscally impact the courts.


Officials from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department assume the proposal would not fiscally impact their agency.


Officials from the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department, the Columbia Police Department, the Kansas City Police Department and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department did not respond to our request for fiscal impact.
