HB 2154 -- No-Call List

Currently, residential subscribers may place their phone numbers
on the statewide telemarketing No-call List to prevent telephone
solicitations.  This bill expands the list to include business
subscribers including wireless telephone service.  Telephone
solicitations that endorse political candidates, request
donations for political candidates, or poll subscribers about
political candidates are prohibited.
