FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials at the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) assume that three of the signs designate that private sources will pay for the signs. Therefore there is no cost to the State Road Fund for those signs.

MoDOT assumes that in regards to the Leon B. Deraps sign, the legislation does not state who will pay for the signs but the department assumes that if they do not receive the $2,200 ($1,100 per sign) for the signs, the signs will not be erected.
