ASSUMPTION


Officials of the Department of Health and Senior Services assume the House Committee Substitute would have no fiscal impact on their department.


Oversight assumes this proposal is permissive, and as written, allows the Board of Directors of the Senior Citizen’s Services Fund to allocate funds for operation and capital needs to senior centers in the county. Oversight assumes this proposal would have no state or local fiscal impact.


Oversight assume this proposal takes out the definition of a “senior center” and would have no fiscal impact.
