HB 1965 -- Campaign Contributions

This bill changes the laws regarding campaign contributions.
Every type of committee regulated under Chapter 130, RSMo,
including those committees not designated as campaign,
continuing, or candidate committees, will be subject to the
contribution limits of subsection 1 of Section 130.032, RSMo.

The provision prohibiting candidates for statewide office or the
office of state representative from accepting contributions
during the legislative session is repealed.
