HB 1913 -- Drug Testing of Student Athletes

This bill requires school boards to adopt policies for the random
testing of illegal drug use, including but not limited to
anabolic steroids, by ninth to twelfth grade students who
participate in interscholastic athletics.  A student who tests
positive will not be allowed to participate in either
interscholastic or intramural sports for the remainder of the
current and the next academic year.
