HB 1901 -- Sale and Delivery of Raw Milk

This bill allows any person selling raw milk or cream to an
individual for his or her own use to do so without a permit from
the State Milk Board within the Department of Agriculture.  If
there is reasonable cause to believe that raw milk or cream being
sold is adulterated, the milk will be subject to inspection by
the board.
