ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Higher Education stated there would be no fiscal impact to their agency resulting from this proposed legislation.
According to officials from the Department of Revenue (DOR), the proposal would require DOR to modify the mail-in license application which can be accomplished with existing resources.
