ASSUMPTION


Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Missouri Veterans’ Commission (VET) state the bill would have no fiscal impact; however, the Department of Defense has no requirements to notify the VET of these fatalities and there is no formal notification procedure.


Officials from the Office of the Governor and the Office of Administration - Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction each assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.


Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Highway Patrol, Alcohol and Tobacco Control, Capitol Police, Water Patrol, Fire Safety, State Emergency Management Agency and Director’s Office each assume the proposal would not fiscally impact their respective agencies.
