HB 1724 -- Sexual Offender Registry

Sponsor:  Davis

This bill requires any juvenile or adult registered sexual
offender to provide to the juvenile office or the State Highway
Patrol all electronic mail addresses and to notify the
appropriate law enforcement agency in writing within 10 days of
the receipt of a new address or addresses.
