HB 1560 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill prohibits certain sexual offenders from serving as an
athletic coach, manager, or athletic trainer for any sports team
in which a child younger than 17 years of age is a member.  Any
person violating this provision will be guilty of a class A
misdemeanor for the first offense and a class D felony for a
second or subsequent offense.
