1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5 Section 1. POTENTIAL POSTSENTENCING OFFICERS RETIREMENT
1.6PLAN ACTUARIAL STUDY.
1.7The Public Employees Retirement Association shall conduct an actuarial cost study
1.8of a potential separate special retirement plan for postsentencing officers that allows
1.9retirement at the age of 60. The study must be completed by December 1, 2009.
